In a bid to move away from the traditional PSD standards aka govt standards. The organisation has decided to give us bonus based on our performance. Today we had our townhall meeting where they released info on the amount of bonus we can expect for Aug.
So, given the fact that we have met our targets and in fact exceeded in most, we will be getting:
0.5 Months + $100 (inflation bonus)
PSD standards:
0.5 Months + $200 (inflation bonus)
So this is the new standard?
